We’re counting down to Diwali, the most celebrated festival in the Indian calendar which will kick off in Dubai starting 19 October. For many Indian residents and visitors to Dubai, it’s time to celebrate the joyous ‘Festival of Lights’ with family, friends, food and festivities!

To take the hassle out of your Diwali celebrations, Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), an agency of Dubai Tourism has rounded up some of the top promotions from Dubai’s popular Indian dining outlets below.

Bombay Brasserie

Diwali celebrations will be in full swing at Bombay Brasserie, Taj Dubai with a very special evening brunch on 19 October. Be spoilt for choice with live chaat counters, an unlimited tasting menu, soft beverages and striking views of the Burj Khalifa as you celebrate India’s biggest festival. AED 295 per person.

Claypot

Celebrate the festival of Diwali at Claypot in City Max Hotel, where from 19 to 21 October you can enjoy a delicious feast of Indian specialties along with live music and a festive ambience. AED 55 per person.

Mint Leaf of London

Offering an elegant setting and views of the Burj Khalifa and iconic Downtown Dubai skyline, let Mint Leaf of London be the perfect backdrop to your Diwali celebrations. From 16 to 21 October, enjoy Mint Leaf of London’s all-day dining and limited offer 8-couse special Diwali menu with the option of vegetarian and non–vegetarian dishes, while you make lasting memories with family and friends. AED 250 per person.

Moombai & Co

Moombai & Co is putting out a special Diwali dining deal this year; called “Diwali Celebrations: The New Fashioned Way”, on offer from 11am to 11pm, 18 to 21 October is a special 12 dish set menu, dancers and sweet boxes. Traditional dress is welcome. AED 180 per person.

Mumbailicious

Mumbailicious, a small outlet in Karama that packs in a sweet punch, is offering discounted one kilogram assorted sweet box for AED 76, and a half kilogram sweet box for AED 40 this Diwali.

Rang Mahal

Rang Mahal at JW Marriott Marquis is offering a special Diwali set menu on 19 October for AED 295 per person. A vibrant palace of colour, Rang Mahal showcases exciting modern Indian cuisine courtesy of Michelin-starred chef, Atul Kochhar.

Yas Viceroy Abu Dhabi

Two dining outlets at Yas Viceroy Abu Dhabi are offering promotions this Diwali – Angar will offer a special set menu at AED 250+ per person inclusive of house beverages, while Origins buffet will present a Diwali themed buffet at AED 95 net per person. Promotion valid from 21 to 26 October.
